Performance Coaching courses 2024 – 2025
Our Performance Coaching courses are an excellent way to develop your skiing to a standard where you are confident, strong and powerful across the whole mountain.
Who are these courses for?
If you are a basic parallel skier who wants to get into Carving or be better balanced and feel less tired after a days skiing, or venture off piste into side country, then these are the courses for you.
Your confidence and ability will increase exponentially. You will learn things about yourself and your body as your balance and performance improves on a daily basis. You will be coached individually using proven race techniques and video analysis.
You will leave the course as a much improved skier with an action plan to improve further. Please note these are coaching courses and not ski instruction. We will work with you to help you to become the best skier you can be. These courses are ideal if you are considering moving on to adult or masters ski racing, ski instruction or performance piste skiing.

A fabulous ski area with glaciers up a long valley above Innsbruck and it is great for training. Because of the glaciers,
Stubai is very snow sure early season. Stubai is also resort with plenty of accommodation in the valley. The closest Airport to Stubai is Innsbruck but flights are also available into Munich airport and transfers from ATS transfers. We will be based in the lovely Hotel Rosengarten https://www.hotel-rosengarten.com which is in Neustift, the closest village to the glaciers. The ski bus stops right outside the Hotel which has a small spa and excellent food and very comfortable rooms. Just the place to relax in after a fabulous days coaching and training. Lots of other accommodation alternatives are available in Neustift

What is All mountain skiing?
All-mountain skiing refers to a type of skiing that is designed to handle a variety of terrain, snow conditions, and skiing styles. It’s versatile and suitable for skiers who want to explore the entire mountain, from groomed runs to off-piste areas.
Our Italian All mountain ski courses will be in the fabulous and stylish Courmayeur. We will be based at the excellent Hotel Dolonne. See

Courmayeur is a fantastic area for both piste and off piste skiing, with stunning views to the fabulous Monte Bianco. During our 6 day course, we will work on your personal skiing, both on piste and off. We will also work on Carving and your high speed skiing. Our aim at the end of the week will be to have you a vastly improved skier in all different aspects of skiing
